Easily create new bookings using the Hotel Reservation Wizard or Quick Reservation tool on the Diary. Both will automatically check for offers, latest prices and upsale opportunities. Once complete, email confirmation is automatically created and sent giving a professional image.

Room Rates

Create seasonal rate plans with alternative rates for different days of the week. Easily update daily prices to maximise occupancy. Price changes are automatically distributed to online booking and portals (if connected via channel manager).

Payment Integration

Customer card details are securely stored off site complying with PCI-DSS. Take a security swipe and pre-authorise payment at check in if required. Take deposits and payments from cards without the need for a PDQ machine.

Guest Documentation

Pre-print customised arrival forms for check-in and welcome letters to go into rooms. Batch print invoices at end of day for next day departures.
