Simple Design

S-POS has been developed with an instinctive design, allowing for easy use of the system. System menus can be configured and colour coded as required to make items easy to find. Menu screens can contain sales items or lookup buttons.

Integrated Payments

Discover our integrated payments solution. It lets your card machine and till talk to each other for simpler sales resulting in faster transactions, fewer errors and easier end of day cash-ups.

Depending on how your business operates, our card machines can be configured to use either our "Pay at Table" or "Pay at Counter" integrations.

Online Customer Ordering

Our online customer ordering solution is a white label mobile responsive website. The site will be configured with your branding and hosted as a subdomain of your own website, so that your customers have full confidence when placing orders.

The website can be configured to allow customers to 'order to the table', place take out orders and even order gift vouchers online.

Menus for food and drink orders are easy to configure and edit. Allergen information can be added for each dish and is highlighted to the customer when adding the dish to the order. Once the customer's payment is confirmed, the order is automatically sent to the relevant printer.

Online ordering has proved to be both a great way of increasing spend per head (less time queuing at the bar, more time spending money!) and also helping to keep your premises Covid safe.

"We purchased the Sirrahsoft booking software in 2014 to replace a hand written bookings diary. Since then we have upgraded to now take bookings online via our website and have the integrated EPOS system. During the covid-19 pandemic Richard and his team have adapted the Sirrahsoft system to help with a host of unforeseen problems and the solutions they have created have streamlined our business and will stay implemented long into the future. The outside table ordering system and takeaway ordering system have saved wages, time and stress when hospitality don’t need any more pressures. Complicated calculations and changes relating to VAT, eat out to help out discounts and claims were all handled by Sirrahsoft. The larger companies of epos systems made none, and provided no assistance to landlords and food and beverage outlets in a time of crisis.

The latest improvements are online vouchers. Completely self-sufficient system, it went live July 20 and there are clear benefits for staff and customers – no more lost vouchers as they are in the customer’s inbox!"
